Designated by the Federal Aviation Administration as a non-primary commercial service airport, the field serves a range of aeronautical activities to include recreational flying, corporate aviation, aviation businesses, flight training and commercial airline service.

When should I arrive for my flight if I am checking luggage?

Arrive 90 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time to check luggage.

Note: Luggage will not be accepted within 45 minutes of the scheduled departure time.

Prescott Regional Airport does not have an office to enroll in TSA PreCheck at this time.

Check in and pass through security screening at least 45 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time if you are not checking luggage.

Effective May 7, 2025, only the Arizona Travel ID (driver license or ID card), a U.S. passport and other federally approved identification will be accepted at TSA airport security checkpoints for domestic travel.
